As for Gangstarr, what kind of rap are they?

They're pretty much pioneers of New York hardcore hip-hop and jazz rap. Lyrics mostly are socio-political but not too over stated. A lot of their shit is just about life.

Someone mentioned country. Now I have said this and that about rap, but country I just cant fucking stand. Never, NEVER have I enjoyed one song that belonged in the country category.
