You want big bi's do this workout man

Standing barbell curls-4 sets- 6- 8 reps.. go heavy
Alternate standing db curls- 4 sets-68 reps heavy
Incline db curls-the trick here is to do both arms at the sametime, it raises your intensity level- 4 sets-6-8 reps

I can feel my biceps growing already just reading this!

I think I injured my right one.......BUT I'LL HOLLA ANYWAY..BOYEEEEEEE!

i do 3 sets of standing barbell curls for 5-8 reps with a heavy weight and that's about all my biceps need. i'll do a set of reverse curls, but anything more than that and i feel that i'm overtraining.

well bi's are generally the fast recovering muscle you have, so u can do them hard and heavy. Arnold used to do them twice in a week

Wow!

So your biceps are the size of Arnold's now?

Mine are................except for the right one.

Hmmmm, I thought the biceps were the smallest muscle group, and most likely to be overtrained since this group is used in a variety of motions..

Actually, he's partly right - the biceps do tend to be the quickest to recover.

But the deltoids tend to be the most overtrained if anything, because of their use in pretty much any upper body exercise (and quite a few lower body exercises).

With the exception of Greg V.'s................Kaboooom!:hehe:

i thoguht abs were the quickest recovering muscle?

chicken daddy: if deltoids are the most overtrained muscle, does that mean ppl shouldnt go heavy on shoulder press's, etc?

Of course not.

Just be aware that, depending on your weekly split, chances are that delts are gonna be getting hit directly or indirectly most days.
