not to totally derail this thread(but i am)..i cant speak for Mike or any other coach out there but my mindset is this..if its a pretty basic question then i'm all for answering it..but there's point where you have to draw the line..one because there isnt enough time to do what your being paid to do by paying clients and there is the point of value for services..

some people just really are just out of the loop and truly dont know..but there are others that will try too milk every free bit of info they can out of you..so i'm sure in the case of John Meadows and a lot of the well known trainers they give a standard short response to non paying questions....

I feel the same. I regularly answer simple questions (unless I am behind on other work), but when they start to get elaborate, I usually can't due to time restrictions. Some of these PM's could take a lomg time to properly answer, especially when they involve looking over entire diets and/or PED rgeimens. I can't tell you how many times I have had guys send over their entire diet and/or PED regimen and ask me to evaluate and adjust the entire thing as it applies to their goals. Perhaps some of these guys don't realize how much work goes into something like this.

Now, if someone asks me a simple question, such as ..."How much aromasin should I take with this dose of testosterone?"...it only takes a few seconds to spit out an answer, so I usually answer those kind of questions. But...when things start getting in depth it just isn't reasonable to respond.
