Lately I have been having some knee pain when I would do squats. My form has suffered because of it. I have taken some time off from squats and I have lowered the weight but when I go back to it it is still the same. It does not bother me on other exercises such as the leg press or hack squat. What I am wondering is if i should leave squats alone entirely or should I do them every once in awhile with low weight. I don't really like to use light weight though.
