He could have said "No Comment."
But that would not help his "reality" that people love all this drama.
In essence, guys like him make sure that viewers like us get the reality that we want, even if it's destroying somebody's life before they have their day in court.
he was saying that line i believe attributed to WR Hearst, that "any publicity is good publicity". He wasn't condoning it being good, he was saying it will put eyeballs on the TV screen and asses in the seats, and he was right, by the way.
he is right you know, it is sad but true, Kobe's jersey sales are sky rocketing right now, I don't think that Cuban was out of line by saying this, the truth hurts. It isn't his fault, the media are the ones over analyzing the situation.
