Kre-Alkalyn Creatine effective?

Just wondering about this stuff, Kre-Alkalyn creatine worth it? Im only wondering because i dont wanna use mono cuz it didnt go well when i tried it. Also, taking protein with this stuff would be fine right?

Kre-Alkalyn is Buffered creatine. Its said to be stronger that creatine monohydrate. And yes taking it with protein would be fine.

I've tried it - actually am taking it now. I got some at a show, you know those "special" deals.. I really like it, the pump you get is pretty good, but that's jmo.

Have u experienced any bloating or sudden increase of weight with the stuff?

Haven't noticed any yet.. I usually do have "vege bloating" on a daily basis, but no dramatic change or weight gain that I can see.

But then again, I suppose it works differently on everyone.
