Hi all,

What are everyone's thoughts on Kurt Brungardt's book series?

I own 3 (Butt & Legs, Shoulders & Arms, Abs), and I see some contradictions to what I read in some magazines.

I'm just starting to train with my brother, who swears by his experience, and I swear by mine, but now, I've thought of tapping an outside source, and Kurt's books seem to be the most in-depth that I've seen.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance! :thumb:

One thing I've noticed regarding books and magazine articles. They are one person's opinion.

I found when I was learning to play golf, that if I found an author that had a style that worked for me, I only read and followed his material. Taking advise from others only complicated matters.
