I saw my Dr today to go over my whole panel of labs. I will list results of the ones I think are of relevance, and if more are needed please let me know. A little back ground info. I have been on TRT for about 10 weeks, started with 200mg/ml cypionate once every 2 weeks. Than went to 100mg/ml every week. But have now went to 150mg/monce a week. After todays visit he agreed that I need to go on an AI blocker. This is where it got a little confusing, he mentioned Chrysin and I said how about Aromadex, hopefully he will prescribe aromadex. I do not have any experience on using an AI so that is where you Gurus can help me tremendously. Ok, now for the labs:

1. All cholestrol good
2. Red Blood cell good
3. Sex Hormone Binding Globulin 29
4. DHEA, LC/MS/MS 241
5. Dihydrotestosterone LC/MS/MS 82?
6.Estradiol 46?
7.PSA 1.0
8. Testosterone Free and Total 615
9. Free Testosterone 145

I noticed that my sex drive has gotten lower, when I first started my sex drive went up then just went back down...???
I need some good advice on whether the AI is going to help my sex drive, and what else to expect from the AI....Thank you in advance!:winkfinger:
 
Hey, that looks pretty good IMHO . The E is not even that bad. Your shooting for like 30. Libido just comes and goes NBD. To many factors to blame it on one thing. Good luck. Work hard.
 
.5mg of adex eod to e3d will be where you will need to be most likely..idk how old you are but once men get to 40+ they begin to convert more testoterone to estrogen due to a enzyme increase..so as you get older you will require a higher AI dose..i have been on trt for 8-9 yrs and my AI has had to come up more in the last few yrs after i got passed 40..bw will tell the tale..

Thanks for the reply...I am 41yrs old...So you think 1mg ed is too much? I am still new to this sso your advice is taken pretty seriously...Also will getting my E back down help the sex drive? Bty my baseline E was 22...Dr did prescribe 1mg adex per day...

If say 1mg a day is to much on that dose of test, but u could give it a try and see how your numbers pan out on your next test

Does a high E2 effect sex drive?
