Alrighty, lets say that i'm lactose intolerant.
And that I take my Whey protein by mixing it with milk.
Since i wouldnt be able to break down the milk because of a lack of enzymes, could it effect the breaking down and absorbtion of the whey protein?
I'm thinking that it shouldn't, but i would just like to make sure.
