are there any tips for rectifying a lagging muscle on a specific side? for instance, if your right arm was bigger than your left.. by say .5 inch or your shoulders, legs, etc. etc.
I wouldn't worry about it, many people have one bigger/stronger side, even the pro's
Most of the time, they will even out over years of training.
If it really bothers you, switch to DB so your not over compensating with the stronger side.
