Lance Armstrong Used Steroids Throughout His Career According to Teammate
by Millard Baker ~ source

The Lance Armstrong witch-hunt has reached its pinnacle with the release of the ?Reasoned Decision of the United States Anti-Doping Agency on the Disqualification and Ineligibility [of Lance Armstrong]?. The report is over 200 pages in length and is accompanied by over 1,000 pages of supporting documentation. Eleven former teammates betrayed their former team captain and testified against Armstrong. Their accounts generally corroborate each others in the claim that Armstrong used various banned performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) including erythropoietin (EPO) and anabolic steroids (specifically testosterone) throughout his career.

The most damning evidence comes from George Hincapie. Hincapie was the only teammate to accompany Armstrong during all seven of his Tour de France victories from 1999 to 2005. Hincapie acknowledged using steroids and EPO and blood transfusions alongside Armstrong during his supporting role as a domestique.

Hincapie testified that Armstrong started doping in 1995. Hincapie?s affidavit claims Armstrong started using the anabolic steroid testosterone later and continued throughout most of his career.

?I was generally aware that Lance was using testosterone throughout the time we were teammates,? said Hincapie in his affidavit. ?For instance at a race in Spain in 2000 Lance indicated to me he had taken testosterone. Lance told me that he was feeling good and recovered, that he had just taken some ?oil.?"

The ?oil? was the term used to describe a specific steroid formulation by Dr. Michele Ferrari. Ferrari extracted the liquid testosterone undecanoate from Andriol gelcaps and mixed it with olive oil. The formula was to be used sublingually.

Hincapie also stated that he understood Armstrong used human growth hormone (hGH) earlier in his career. Armstrong reportedly told Hincapie that he stopped using hGH after he was diagnosed with testicular cancer.

Tyler Hamilton, another former teammate that testified against Armstrong, reported that Andriol gelcaps and ?the Oil? were eventually replaced by testosterone patches. The testosterone patches allowed the steroid to be microdosed in an effort to avoid detection by anti-doping protocols.

Armstrong claimed to be unaffected by the release of USADA?s devastating report.

?What am I doing tonight? Hanging with my family, unaffected, and thinking about this,? Armstrong wrote on Twitter.

Nice fukn team mates. What a bunch of kunts. Why wait until now to say something?

Because he owned them all during the race they decide to narc. Snitches :shooter:

What is worse is the man never failed a test and they still hang him....the most tested athlete on the planet has never failed and still loses...awesome message to other athletes and kids wanting to be one.

Agreed, it just shows the "guilty until proven innocent" theory is true.

Maybe it was that HG, GMP, kosher gear he used that allowed him never to test positive.

The caps mixed with olive oil is a cool idea though. He's still a pussy cause he never pinned.

you guys think the use of synthetic testosterone could've been linked to his testicular cancer?

i have a feeling that throughout history, testing athletes and accusing them of steroids use is all political and unfair, they seem to target specific people and go after them and ignore other. they have been on lance's back for years. i am against steroids , but if you want to go after lance then you have to go after all the others too...
take for example Mr. O : even in Mr O where everybody in the planet knows that all the competing Bodybuilders use steroids and yet the committee had the nerves to stop some people from competing because they were tested positive for steroids use!
i remember in the 90's in world soccer they pick at random few names to be tested for steroids and ephedrine ..and in 4 different draws that were supposed to be random.. the name of diego maradona got picked! ...and he got arrested.

He used barely anything. Did it even help? Andriol is like taking nothing. those caps are useless. Patches? Come on. He should be given a pass for having his nuts chopped anyhow.

For cyclists and endurance athletes the things they use, and the way they use them are VERY different than us guys trying to pack on muscle. Different goals require different protocols of course. Those guys all use test at what we would consider a low dose, but it helps with their recovery after hard workouts. The biggest boost they get is from the EPO/blood doping. It's ALL about getting your crit high and being able to train at such a higher level due to it. I was a former sprinter in college and my longest race was 400m, which is long enough to where EPO was beneficial for it. Before using EPO I was nationally ranked but on the back end of the ranks. After EPO... i was in the top 12. EPO and blood doping is more popular in sports than you might realize, physically speaking it's not as noticeable as aas usage (obviously). But think about it... most sports require great endurance and the ability to recover quickly.... epo is the KING of endurance and recovery/repeatability. Soccer..MMA...track...cycling... any sport that requires lots of endurance you better believe most of the top dogs are blood doping/using epo.

Allegations are one thing, proof is another. This is an embarrassing witch hunt.
