Last 2 weeks of dieting for show and need help

Okay,

This is probably not a problem-I am dietng down for an October 8 show. I have abs (never had em before-it feels great). However, there's like a little 1 inch pouch on the bottom area of my abs in the lower region. It doesnt look like anything bad because when I twist and do a side shot, its flat. I can also "hide" it doing front shots. Anyone ever have this?
My question is: How the hell can I get rid of it in 2 1/2 weeks time?Is it possible? Any tips and/or tricks would be hugely appreciated.

not to sure but best guess is to research something to dry out ur system so that u lose a lot of water in ur body? possibly being bloated
 
Once you pull off water the last week, it'll go.

She isn't telling him not to drink water - She was talking about the fact that, when he loses any water weight he is holding (so in the last few days before the competition) he will probably find that this will disappear.
 
Just for the sake of argument, I drink 2 gallons of water a day. My trainer says I am going to 3 next week. I'm going to be pissing into the night!:rolleyes:

Also, I was thinking of skipping a refeed this weekend. My trainer is against it. I am leaning on the side of him being right. I did however start doing cardio for evvery day twice. Now its HIIT in the morning and low intensity walking in the pm.

Do what your trainer says.

What is that saying - Too many cooks spoil the broth?? He is who you are working with - so work with him. It doesn't matter what we think, you need to stick to his suggestions.
 
excellent point emma. I think I am freaking. I never came this close to actually believing I could take this thing. I dont wanna mess up my chances. thaaaaaaaaaaaank yoooouu guys. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
 
You will lose the extra pouch after water loading and depleting... it's amazing just how much the water depletion will dry you out and tighten you up. I'm sure you're trainer knows where it's at. Good luck! :)

You'll be fine. Follow what your trainer has you doing. You'll tighen up alot the last week. :)
