Last Cycle Results and New Plans - Help

Here are my stats before the start of last years' cycle

Age 45
6'1" 255-260lbs
12% to 15% body fat
lifting seriously for 30 years

I have tried a few cyles prior to this, but one was bunk and one was dbol only in college. I tried prohormones before, but really wanted to trie a real cycle. So last year late spring I ran the follwoing...

I used Genshi Tren E and Dragon Pharma Test E plus Dbol

Week 1-14 Test E 100mg ED
Week 1-2 Dbol - 40mg ED - quit...see below
Week 4-11 50mg ED of Tren E
Aridex .5mg ED

The cycle worked great. My main goal was not size, I wanted to stay about the same weight, but get lean. Basically my waist went from about 39" to 36" during that time and I gained about 5lbs. I think it was a huge difference and I am still leaners today. The begining of the cycle was basically bad due to the fact that it felt like me nipples we going to twist off. I finally dropped the Dbol and upped my Aridex and things settled down. I litterally have perfect skin. I did not expeinece and facial zits or anything but I did get some very hard small ball like pimples on my shoulders. I was going to take HCG for a pct, but I didn't buy the right needles so I skipped it. I had not issues and maintained quite nicely. since that timeframe, my workouts have ebbed and flowed due to work and such and I lost a little size and gained a little fat, but I am sitting better than last year. I admit that my diet was not great and the only cardio I do is play with my kids, coach football.

This year I would like to do a very clean cycle over 20 weeks. Basically, stay away from anything that converts to estrogen and or block it. I basically got gyno from DHEA I bought a walgreens years ago and it can flare up just on a regular diet. I think I will try to Quality Direct Labs. I wanted to see what people thought?

Should I use Test E or Propinate?
Should I try NPP?
I really like Tren I think that melt the fat away - can I go 12 weeks?
What Caused the pimples? Test? lower to 600 per week?
Better estrogen or gyno blockers than Aridex?
What about Drostanolone?

Week 1-20 Test Propinate 600mg week
Week 1-12 Tren 400 per week
week 11 to 19 Drostanolone?
Blocker?

week 1 to 10 NPP?

First off, welcome. Always good to see another older cat in the section. I'm gonna tell you what I would do, it's widely different then what you suggested but I am a believer in simple is better.

I don't like pinning everyday, its a pain in the ass and the reason I don't like prop.

Take a look at this and see what you think,

Results are based mainly on diet, training is of course part of the equation, rest and finally drugs. Since you had some gyno issues with your last cycle, safer is better.

Guys always want to build these elaborate cycles, all these exotic set ups when what is needed is a clean diet, training and cardio as a catalyst for growth and a bit of gear to help out. As an older guy, you probably don't need to PCT, but only bloodwork can gauge recovery.

I can stay pretty lean, but litterally I kept my same diet and I lost a lot of body fat (i would say 80% clean diet). Do you think that the fat loss was the testostrone for an extended time or was it the Tren? Litterally if I would lean out and keep my muscle I am sure I would look huge. Right now I look pretty big. 20" arms 54" chest etc. The one thing that could have also leaned me out is that I did legs consistently. I have large thighs and really slack on them if I am not serious. I think adding muscle there really leans me out too.

What do you think caused the pimples?

I'm 51, be 52 in July. I tore my rotator in 2005, came back after 8 months and got the strongest I have ever been. Tipped the scale at 300 plus with very blurry abs, 245 now and trying to stay there.

I would say that the diet was the key factor, but the tren added to it. I have never run tren, I don't sleep well as it is and have a 3 month old daughter in the house which adds to sleepless nights.

Sounds like we are built very similar, I consider myself a bodybuilder but am built like a leaner version of a powerlifter.

On the pimples, test tends to cause excess build up of oil in my skin so that was probably the cause. A good, quality soap and showering often helps. I swim quite a bit and the chlorine tends to dry my skin but also keeps the pimples at bay. Using Formeron now, acne is at a minimum and I am on a very similar cycle to the one I recommended, just a bit higher dosages.

I'm a Geneza guy, but QD is top notch based on reviews from guys here I trust.

51? wow I will be there soon. I pretty much gave up on being really lean. I would diet and end up with just a smaller version of my self, maybe a little leaner, but I like to be big and strong.

Congats on the sucessful surgery. It helped my trainign a lot.

Surgery got me 2 things, a better mindset of warming up and training properly and a beautiful wife (she was my surgical nurse), so I'd say it was a huge success.

QD is top notch based on reviews from people I trust. I have never run it personally so it is just based on what I have heard.
 
Are their any side effects of NPP?

Every anabolic has the potential for sides, npp is very close to deca, just faster acting.

I don't really suffer sides, but always run an AI and have nolva on hand at all times.
 
That is cool Anabolic. You must be a real pimp to get a nurse at the hospital. What line did you use on her?
 
Why not just use GP or the other line you used and had success with? The tren helps with weight loss tremendously. If you can handle the sides I would maybe try that again.

You can get as lean as you want as long as your diet is good and do some cardio. YOu said your cardio was 80%. Make sure it's 90% and add in some empty stomach cardio in the mourning.

I already knew her, she worked at the hospital when my first wife passed away in 2000.

I was laying on the prep table for my surgery, she recognized me and I asked her to hold my hand because I was scared I would never train again. She said with all that muscle, why was I afraid. Told her muscle doesn't make you brave.

Pursued her during rehab and at my gym, first time I asked her out for coffee, she said no. I was crushed. A few days later she approached me and said she would go out to dinner with me. Been together ever since. She says it was my sincerity and the fact that I was not afraid to show hurt. Glad she saw that.

After my surgery I woke up with a huge pec and huge shoulder. They blow it up with saline to make it so they can see and move aroud better.

I woke up and my first words were that I said I thought I went in to get shoulder surgery, not go see Dr. Rey. The nurses all laughed and knew who I was talking about.
 
I remember waking up and seeing this beautiful surgical nurse who was off but stayed to make sure I was ok. I fell in love right then!!

But man, the recovery sucks.

I had total reconstructive knee surgery in college. Anterior was completely gone, media partial, lateral gone and leg biceps gone. Crutches for 13 weeks.

With my shoulder, I was 100% concerned with range of motion. Started working on it the next day. It would have been quicker, but my first PT appointment, a guy gave me a rubdown (contrast from your good experience) and I didn't want to go back. I switched to a nice lady, much better. Once I got full range, I was benching over 3 bills in less than 3 months.

First off dont use test prop for 20 weeks unless you want to look like a pin cushion.20 weekers are for long esters.
