The chicken I made last night says this on the package:

4 oz
110 cal
1g fat
26g protein

It doesn't say cooked/raw...How much is this equal to cooked?

When it is cooked it will decrease in weight but it is water that is lost (how much will depend on how you cook it.. but it is usually ~2.5 oz of cooked)... The difference in protein will be minimal (and the amount of fat that 'drips out' will depend on cooking).

So using that theory it's safe to say...

4 oz
110 cal
26 protein
1g fat

EQUALS

3oz COOKED
110 cal
26g protein
1g fat

Damn 8.6g of protein per ounce!! I never knew chicken was soo protein dense. 4 oz of chicken is basically enough for a meal!!

Ya for a protein source, but don't forget to throw in vegatables and complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes to have a complete meal.

+ a healthy fat like avocado, olive oil, seeds or nuts... ;)

Yes my dinner tonight 5 oz grilled chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1/4 cup almonds, and some brocolli. I know the almonds are weird to have with it, but I kinda have them right after I eat the chicken/rice.
