Late orders

It doesn't help with our pissy moods when you're a douche about it, either. We have given naps (and therefore, you) our money, trusting you to get us what we paid for. And when you're a dick about it when we get pissed that it's been 75+ days for an order that claims to take 2 weeks, it will not improve our moods.

Bottom line... If there are still problems with the shipment of our packages, and if we should just expect to keep waiting (for more than 1-2 weeks), just say so.. Fine, don't give all these specifics that you claim to know, just say yes or no. Are the problems really fixed or are you just stalling this whole thing until naps can actually figure something out? Wait, that's kinda specific, I doubt you can answer that one haha

Because telling people to give it another 1-2 weeks for a month and a half really doesn't solve or make anything better. And yes I know, us bitching won't make it better, either, but still. I know you (GXR) probably dislike me a lot right now, and that's fine. I'm actually a good guy, and I don't mean to take my frustration out on you, but I just want to see some shred of actual proof that things are getting done

the problem is, most people (that are serious) plan their cycles out in advance. when i made this order, i expected to have my gear 2 months prior to starting my next cycle. at this point, i may miss out on starting my cycle in september using naps gear. how fucked up is it for me to give myself 60 days leeway and still be fucked??

i have placed my order with another sponsor though and i bet it will make it in time for me to start my fall cycle on time.

I'm in the exact same scenario. I ordered early July to add onto the test/deca/dbol I received June. I'd like to think my PCT and extra vials will be here by Sept but I don't see it coming within the next 3 weeks. If it's not here by early Sept I'll be done with Naps, for the lies they spread. I'm thankful for what they've already sent me but when I have to place another order to replace the gear I planned ahead for, forget about it.

I'm not saying this about GXR or A5150, I believe they're being lied to as well and are in denial.

Yes tickets are still being answered and yes some of it is an copy and paste reply cause they get over 300 tickets per day all asking the same thing.

Hope this helps cover all issues right now so we dont need a bunch of daily new posts talking about what is already known and openly admitted to.

You have not been a rep then, i can guarantee you that more people post when shit is wrong then when they get there stuff, i have been doing this for years for many different companies and that is the golden rule. I know irish can attest to that.

casey and everyone else, i'm gonna answer this for them because it's the same thing for all intl sponsors when this happens.....the majority of customers don't even belong to the forums and the ones that do belong, the majority don't post when they receive....they don't want the attention.....on the flip side when things don't go well almost everyone post's their complaints....and then keeps repeating and repeating which does absolutely nothing to make things faster and actually slows down the answering of pm's/emails/posts/ and tickets.......and also when they finally do start releasing packs (postal sort) it still takes the rest of the normal mailing times (depending on your countries inspection and postal sorts and then local delivery times)......

in addition everyone asking for specific answers should chill out when sponsors don't give specifics on their shipping schedules and tactics.....you guys don't need to know everything

Packs are being reshipped from a new location slowly and soon you guys will see posts about arrivals as well as being able to post about receiving yours. Also, new tracking numbers will be updated as packs go out, but please do not flood us with tickets and pm's asking for tracking numbers for at least a week so we can get a lot of them updated and ready to give out.

Read my post, see the word RESHIPPED?? They are making sure everybody gets their stuff. There is no stalling for time, they step up and do something good and you guys look for something bad. Guys, this is getting seriously out of hand.

Cool down bro. I was just trying to clarify what you meant. Reshipped can have various meanings. I really do hope naps resolves the problems because I wouldn't really want to lose a source.

I don't know so I'm not gonna speculate. Naps did the absolute right thing here, but at some point third parties are involved and their speed can't be estimated.

No they are held up and we are tired of dealing with it so we found a new location to ship out of and sending them. hell you could still end up with two packs if the original ones keep moving.
