I hear ya man, my oldest is 9, she's gonna be 10 in a few months, and she's over 4 feet tall, she's gonna be tall, I can't believe she weighed 5 lbs when she was born. Seems like it was yesterday.

U know this is exactly why I don't let anything getto me, not my order of gear, or anything else, I keep things in perspective. I know I'll ge my goods from Naps, I just take it day by day, and invest my energy where I should.
 
Yea I'm pretty much losing my mind on this order...


So I ordered some superdmz so I can get fucking excited about 5 day shipping!!!!!!!

I'm glad that things seem to be straitened out. My late order def messed my cycle up but better late than never. Naps has quality gear at an awesome price. So as long as I get my order I'll stay a customer of there's

2 People already today have received their goods, so I'm assuming others will be shortly.

I'm thinking end of next week at the earliest Bro. They still have to ship, clear customs, make their way through the snail mail system. GXR may have a better estimate, but this is my thinking.
 
My buddies and I order some stuff from there. We have been waiting about 4 weeks. Hopefully it comes soon. I look for it to be here in the next week. My one buddy I ordered with has order from naps before and he got his stuff.
 
so this is what naps just told me. All orders were not sent out due to a problem at the hub so now they will reship all the same orders again... you see this is what i do not understand we were told 2 weeks ago or longer that they were being shipped out slowly now its not at all and now we are getting a reship. I understand you guys are saying we will get 2 packs how is that if none of the old packs are moving i mean i would love to get 2 packs or shit even 3 i think all of us deserve it for this long wait. If i get all thank you very much but understand this is very annoying. Love naps but not this situation.:shooter:

Nobody likes the situation, not Naps or the reps or the customers. The situation has been taken care of, packs arrived today for some guys and reships will be sent. Some things are out of Naps control, but they stepped up and are making it right. Guys deserve what they paid their hard earned money for, Naps realizes that. Some guys may get 2 packs, they won't be asked to pay double. So just have a bit more patience, stuff is moving but again, Naps does not control how fast.

Fellas, on Friday we told you all that new tracking numbers would be updated but to give us at least a week before you started PMing and opening tickets requesting the information. It's Monday, five guys have sent me PM's today, five!

It has not even been 3 days, and these are not noobs, but cats who read these threads. Give us some time, please. I'm not gonna respond to any more PM's for tracking information until it's been updated. Not trying to be a dick, but it's just frustrating.
 
I have been waiting since May 26 guys, I got my ten day wait notice and ten + days have come and gone. Just saying, not hateing. All the posts can't wrong about waiting forever.. Tomorrow never comes, next week never arrives. Where have I heard of empty promises?

You did see that some packs arrived hopefully. Reships are going out daily, you will get your stuff Bro. Know you've waited a long ass time, just a bit more.

guy in the other thread that guy his stuff said it was stuck in the postal system for a month..nothing naps can do about that..if that is the case some people will very well be getting 2 packs

I'm so glad to hear that some are showing up now, I've kept the faith and held off ordering my winter gear, once I get my pack and shops back open I'll be ready to order. :ohyeah:
 
I don't complain much but I did communicate with Naps today. They said that reships are leaving from a new location and we can ask for tracking #s in about a week. And as you know, some are already arriving. Have faith!

Tracking number didn't matter in my case. It only updated past "origin is preparing to ship" when it arrived. I was shocked when I opened my PO Box and the pink slip was in there, I was grinning from ear to ear.
