On my stomach it goes further out below my belly button then above. How do I get it same or in more then upper? Is that where im storing fat since I have abs that appear when flexed and all?

It is probably just your BF% - it is not low enough yet so your lower abs are visable....

To fix it - same old information. Solid diet, goos training and as much cardio as you need...

ive got the opposite problem. But thats probably because im always full :D
