Im in the middle of a cycle and my chest is something I really want to work on but my left tricep had been hurting after alot of my chest lifts and shoulder press lift. I can still lift but I my tricep will ache real bad! Im thinking of taking a full week off of chest maybe do light db presses. Do you think lat raises and db fly's will be fine? Any chest excersises I can still do?
