Hey,
I was wondering if any of you had any advice on certain leg excersizes for post injuries. I had sprained an ankle pretty bad not too long ago - a trainer recomended squats, but it is uncomfortable right now. I want to grow in size, but without unneccesary pain.
I was thinking calf raises, leg extensions/curls -
Any other suggestions?
