My name is Greg I am 44yrs old married to 35yr old wife always concerned about looks and weight :hmmm: .So it's back to the gym for me.
I have 2 boys 7 and 10 I need to keep up with all in all life is good. ;)
 
good luck, i found lifting weights way better than cardio for burning fat so i advise you to do that!
