Hey guys

Refer to me as Steel Slayer, I have been slaying the steel on and off for 6 years. I started training in high school, back then I was young and full of energy. I had the power and motivation but lacked the knowledge and wisdom. We learned the hard way and have to path our own road in this community. I spent the last couple of years reading forums and always used them as tools. That is what I like about this, nobody says you have to do something a certain way. I pick and chose what works for me and put them in my tool box. I look forward in posting and sharing the little I know. People ask if I am a body builder or a competition lifter, I don't do it for none of that. I tell them I am a steel slayer and I go in their and shock my body and push it to the limits. The same time I try to apply all the science behind in repairing my body and preventing over training. I love throwing weights around and getting a massive pump, then sitting their feeling like a beast enjoying a lavish protein shake filled will everything I need to replenish. Take care fellas

Welcome to the forum bro. How long have you been training? Also what training program do you use. How many times per week do you lift? Just trying to get a better idea for a program to suggest.
