Does anyone know of the best way to train for kickboxing?Like what kind of lifting to do like a full body 3xweek with morning cardio on days off or days on and bag workouts on other days.Just some tips and direction to go would be great.Also good diet for a 180lb guy at 10.8% who eats 3200cal now and trains 2x day (morning heavy bag 45min 3x and abs 2x) then lifts in evening.Usally on sat i train with bag for 1hr45min in eve and swim for morning cardio.
