um, legs? squats? lots.
 
ya thats what i figured. any explosion type lifts that rEALLY HELP. what about lunges on flat ground?
 
Beef up those hamstrings too. Stiff-leg deadlifts and leg curls.

Don't neglect your upper body either. A strong upper body will help your MTB performance.

-jump squats
-leg curls
-stiff deadlifts
-calf raises
-leg extension
-single leg extensions
