Liquid Clen and dosing

How do you dose liquid clen? if its 200mcg/ml how do you break it down into 20mcg, 40mcg, etc...

I wasn't clear.....the answer is liquid syringe....could not find something to measure the dose, most of my droppers just measure in The MLs...then I found liquid syringes...
