Hey guys I'm 21, 5'7", about 140 pounds. Body fat % below . I bench press 90 pounds more than I weigh, and STILL have no real mass. I've got the "ripped" look, but I want I bulk up! And I know everyone's gonna say I don't eat enough, but I do eat a lot and aim for AT LEAST 2000 calories a day. Also, I'm on a strict high weight low rep program. So other than telling me to eat, anyone have advice on certain supplements mayb? I'm up for anything legal as long as it's not injected. I posted about super dmz in the anabolic section, please let me know ur opinions on that in that post, other than that I'm all ears, thanks!

yeah thats exactly it brotha. there is no real secrets to gaining size...just eat more! not garbage but quality food. Like weekend warrior said make your own weight gaining shake. what i like to do is just add two extra shakes into my diet that consist of two table spoons of pb and a cup of oats. bassically a meal. When dieting i dont have many shakes but if your eating full meals while trying to put weight on and you want to pack on more shakes are and easy way...just dont sub a shake for a meal

dude i lost alot of weight i was 150 went to 200 back to 156 put on 10lbs in 2weeks with createin mno bro do that and i was eating 8 times a day with shakes to get that size bro and AAS but don't juice till you get your weight up and hit 25 yrs old imho bro listen to these dudes they know what there talking about

Ok thanks a lot guys I'll start the creatine, and for the shakes u sy pb and oats but so u mean put them IN a protein shake also? Just add a bunch of stuff 2 ur shake u buy or u talking just a straight up made from scratch shake?

and from your protein you buy , and add more stuff banana , PB< oats, milk and createin and drink lots of water , and eat as much as possible and eat these shakes inbetween your other meals it's hard but get up to 8 meals a day even if small meals and shakes inbetween too bro get it . For me that worked

well theres the problem...low reps do not build muscle like higher reps do

I actually like to use something in the range of a 4x6 or 5x5 if cutting for a couple of reasons, and ill qualify this 1st by saying im sure there are some who'll disagree. Im Giving my personal reasons based on results I've had and the way i feel. If i use a lower rep range and maintain a heavier work load during a cal deficit stretch i seem to hold onto more of my lean mass better. It also makes it some what more comfortable for me to concentrate on my form and pushing myself to the failure threshold consistently with lower reps and increased weight. I may still add in a cpl of high rep sets as sort of a cardio blast at the end of a workout or super set a few things once the glycogen is used up toward the end of a session to enhance the free fatty acid release but thats about it for high reps on a cut. Although that is mainly because i hate regular cardio. I tend to prefer higher reps when im at a surplus of calories because i have more energy to maintain the form and handle a weight amount that will stimulate the muscle to grow. Its easier to do that if im full of energy and not fatigued from a diet. Like i said just how i feel most comfortable.

if you are trying to bulk then you should be eating at least 3500 calories, up your food intake.

21 Id say still to early for ph. Def agree Creatine mixed with aminos, protein powder will def help. Also look into Anabeta by pes reviews. Orbit Nutrition - Buy PES Anabeta At A Discounted Price Orbit Nutrition - Buy Optimum Nutrition Creatine Powder Extremely Cheap!

3500- 4000 calories and workout consistently. That word isnt used lightly.

I would take the creatine, but its not essential for what you want. Main thing is to EAT FOOD, drink 2 shakes on top of it, that you enjoy.
and most importantly DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

Id say a multivitamin and creatine should be your only supplements until you get above 160-165, which may take 1.5 years.

This is the long haul bud, no short fixes for quality.

Not trying to be a dick, just saying chicken breast and rice can do miraculous wonders.
I speak from experience, I was long looking for a quick fix and until i got dedicated and focused to put on size and EAT.
Nothing significant happened. You already know what to do, Eat BROTHA

CONSISTENCY in DIET and WORKING OUT will give you far more then any supplement over the counter.

I see you decided not to jump on that PH, as you where asking about it before. good decision especially seeing what your calorie intake is.
up cals and protein X2
creatine & glutamine
fish oil and multi.
