Hi! I'm new at this. I'm 5', 103 pounds. Sounds kinda funny when everyone on here is posting with such high weights.
I'm 35 and work full time as a store manager. I am a full time mother and a full time housemaid. Very busy. I worked out at "Curves", an exercise place for ladies everyday for about a year and a half, got minimal results. I bagged that and finally decided to join a "real" gym. I work out five days a week, cardio and weight-lifting. This is my "me" time, the most importent time of the day. My goal is not to be big and buff, but to be well-defined and toned. I have been with the gym for two months now and have already seen results. I am very happy. I do have that one problem area, everyone seems to have one. I'm hoping I could get some good advice here from experienced people who know what they are talking about!!!!
