While I don't have much in the way of experience I'm considering doing a log of my first cycle.
It will be all Z gear, the goal here mainly is strength. I'm not looking to add a ton of weight. Maybe lean out a little bit, add a little bit of muscle, but mainly its to get stronger.
Here's the details.
10 week cycle
500mg test e
50mg proviron
(sort of considering a kick start of tbol, but not sure)
also may consider hcg
height 5'4
weight 150
bf 10-12%
best lifts thus far
350 squat
375 deadlift
225 bench
all raw
