I believe because of my long arms it is hard to isolate my inner chest-very weak point. close grip bench, pec dec and cable crossovers dont seem to really isolate it well. im trying to find an exercise that I can do with my long arms to make the very center of my chest burn with fury. Ive tried all heavy lifts but I think if I can find the right exercise I will do 100s of light reps of agonizing pain. I believe this is my only solution. Any feedback or similar situation? thanks
