well i am new here n I;m 44 years old I'm on a coming off a lay off of about 3 years. I'm wanting to get a good stak. I have been looking into difrent forums to get a idea of what i want and still not sure if I am getting it right plz take a look at it. I might have to much of one cause the other has the same thing, I don't know I am throwing this out hoping someone who knows supplements can help me...here it is: multivitamine-fish oil-bev zma-activate xtreme-freak fix-6-oxo,,I was wanting to throw in some animal stak 2 with it also...and the other thing is taking them all at once before a workout which is mid mornings?....I have never taken steriods can't use creatine..any help with this plz

hold on a sec, some things need to be said first. straight off, creatine is not a steroid, and it never will be. it doesnt alter your hormones and is essentially a di-amino acid. secondly every product you mentioned has instructions, so taking them all preworkout is just ignoring those instructions.... basically i dont feel you should be taking anything until you research more based on those two points, but here is my view of your list...

multivitamin - i essentially diet insurance, and a good idea

fish oil - is great for health

bev zma - will only aid in sleep pre bed, other than that, its a useless compound

activate xtreme - easily one of the best test boosters on the market

freak fix - is an overpriced, protein. save some cash and buy american whey, optimum nutrition etc.

6-oxo - is an ai, which will boost test. this and activate extreme pair very well together.

take it for what it is, but you need to understand a bit more about supplements.

I think i didn't type it in right what i meant is that I never have taken steroids and apart from that I also can not take a creatine product..I see that activate xtreme is a test boost as 6-oxo is also will I be getting to much if I stack them together?

they can be stacked, 6oxo works by essentially blocking estrogen (it isnt that simply, but thats the basic idea), actX works completely differently. together they are very good.

From what I understand (and this could be debated Im sure), Activate Xtreme is actually "slightly" suppressive to total test, although it does increase free test (which you do want). I just wanted to get that out there as it can be slightly misleading....I will also say that I have not taken this, but I have heard it is very effective. I will be getting some very soon to try for myself.

I think taking all of what you have listed is overkill and you will not find out what is working for you, and working the best...If money is not an issue, go for it, but month after month it will add up.

I would say keep the fish oil, ZMA, whey protein (no need to get extravagant, just find one you like which is pretty much just trial and error), and possibly a good preworkout supp, but if you cant take anything with creatine in it, you will need to find one that strictly increases NO.

a slight drop in total test is a possibility in some users, but not the rule. bloodwork has shown a consistent rise in free test, and a raise in total test in the majority of in house testing, with a slight drop in some users. with the combo of an ai, this shouldnt be a concern at all, and certainly shouldnt be a concern standalone either.

you are definitely right, just didnt want anyone to confuse what was actually going on, as it took me a little time to distinguish between what was happening....like I said, I plan on taking so I am not advising against it
