I work out this way 3 days on 1 off 3 days on 1 off and so on i work one muscle group a day.
day 1 Biceps include forearms
day 2 triceps
day 3 back
day 4 off
day 5 sholders include traps
day 6 legs (arggg ouch!!!!!!!!!)
day 7 chest
day 8 off i then repeat the cycle
My real question is my Chest is not what i want it to be even though the one day i work it i work it hard i use to have a bar with handles on each end and was basically i big spring connecting the handles and you would hold out just in front of chest and bend into a upside down U shape years ago when i was training i use to use this bar like 3 or 4 day after my chest routine ans got better result i use to be able to get the bar at wal-mart but they do not seem to carry them anymore keep trying to do searches on internet for them but only keep getting the one with handles that you can attach from 1 to 5 springs does anyone know where i can find the solid bar i am looking for thank
