I'm looking to take my grappling up a notch. I compete in non-tested events regularly. I'm under no delusion that cycling will automatically qualify me for ADCC. I'd like to have better recovery and more endurance. More strength would be a bonus but it's not my main goal. I just started TRT at 160mg cyp per week (2nd shot was 2 days ago). I am anticipating going up one weight class because of this, but I would like to go no more than that. Currently I train grappling hard 6 sessions a week, 2 sessions of cardio/conditioning a week, and the 2 day version of 5/3/1. I'd like to add a few more grappling sessions each week, as they say skills pay the bills. I have a few ideas floating around:
1. EPO - too expensive, can kill you if you fuck it up.
2. HGH - too expensive.
3. Buy more test (prop? not sure about ED pins) and run an extra 100mg per week for 16-20 weeks. Add more adex (currently 0.5mg 2x weekly).
4. EQ at 400mg per week for 16-20 weeks. Have to watch bloodwork closely on this. Would probably do in conjunction with #3.
5. GHRP-2 and Mod GRF (1-29), 100mcg each 1-2x daily. Not sure about the cost/benefit of this, but I'm kinda chicken shit about breaking the law lol.
Doing 3, 4, and 5 all at once would probably yield the most results, but I have never cycled anything before. Because of that, I am thinking the test only or staying at TRT dosage and doing the peps would be the best way to get my feet wet. I would not begin any of this until at least 3 months into TRT, after my first bloodwork and follow-up visit. I may find that I have everything I need once the TRT gets stabilized (total T earlier in October was 255). Any thoughts would be appreciated.
