Been a long long time since I've posted here. I used to be a fairly active member and i'm hoping to get some advice.

I'm 41 year old male. 6'1" tall and weigh 170lbs. Recently took a blood test to have my Testoterone, Serum levels checked and it came back at 530ng/dL

I train BJJ 4-5 times a week, (purple belt), do some body weight exercises as well. I eat pretty cleanly, but I do enjoy ice cream. Supplements currently are really very minimal. Multi-Vitamin, Protein, and pre-workout. My sleep is not the best, but that is because I have 4 sons i'm constantly chasing around the youngest being 9 months old.

and I'm looking for a supplement that can help support T naturally. My Dr. has offered to start TRT, and i'm not opposed to that, but I'd rather not jump into that quite yet if I don't have to. (I'm also open to listening to arguments that I should just take TRT fi that really is the best path)

I'm hoping to just help out a bit with recovery (BJJ sometimes has me feeling like i've been run over by a train), I wouldn't mind a bit of mood improvement, and muscle gain as well.

I'm sure there are things i'm leaving out so if you have follow up questions or suggestions on effective supplements, i'm all ears.

Damn, kind of surprised to get no traction here. Things seem to have really slowed down some when looking for advice.

Help make Ironmag great again. Part of it (not all) is this is a slow time of year and things pick up in the fall.

Your levels T levels are on the lower end of normal, if I were you I would get on TRT and get those levels much higher, and no OTC supplement will do this.

Well it appears to be a consensus then. Just skip to the TRT.
