hey guys, i'm semi-new to the whole gym and diet thing. I am 18 6"2, 230 lbs 14% body fat
. I'm looking to shave off about 30lbs of fat. I'm currently wieght training, which helps somewhat for weightloss, however; the main things that help are diet and cardio. I was wondering what foods i should be eating, and staying away from in order to lose wieght yet still keep the muscle i have gained. What type of diet plan would u guys recommend? I am extremely serious and very dedicated, however i feel i need some guidance when it comes to eating right, and eating specific healthy yet productive foods. Please help, u guys have been awesome far, these forums rock!!!
