Hello everybody!
My name is Chad Landry, im looking for advice to help me out with my benching.
I am mainly trying to stay fit, for self defense and for health. I just started about two months ago. Im 5'11", and im about 190 lbs.
My max is right at 200 lbs. Im not sure how much I curl, but im pretty much have power just about everywhere except benching. I cannot bench that much for my size. Im looking for swing speed, and power. I figured a good 250 lb bench would suite me but im having a hard time getting there. I also take creatine liquid, and whey protein.
What can I do to improve in my benching or to acheive my goal?
