Would like to know your favorites exercices to thicken the back besides deadlifts(already doing tons of them), and for rear delts!!!You can outline exercices and/or routines!!! I am wide as a barn door but have lots of trouble getting thicker,the chest is really good,but the back and rear delts are definitely lagging behind...thans for any useful comments,infos or advices!!!
 
Are you doing rows? They'll thicken your back up. I like to do the reverse pec deck and one arm rear delt cable flys for my rear delts.
 
Barbell rows, dumbbell rows, T-bar rows...
 
fork curls.
 
Start your shoulder day with direct rear delt work. Ill always do bent over reverse flys first on shoulder day. Combine that with heavy barbell and dumbell rows. You'll be popping from the side big time.
 
Reverse pec deck, nose pulls and rows, more rows, some rows added in, rows, rows and finally, rows.
 
Already doing tons of rows,will post my training regimen soon! Love rear pect deck it did help for the rear delt even if it is still behing the rest!!!For upright rows,what kind of grip would you guys recommend,as a closer one seems to target more the trapezius...Recently did find that a shoulder width grip works very good on chins and pulldowns as it does increase the range of movement and looks to work better the mid back area!!!
