I've been cutting for about a month now and have noticed that I have lost a lot of fat in many areas of my body. However, I haven't really noticed fat loss in my chest area. I have a pretty bad case of man boobs or "moobs" as some people like to call them. LOL. I was wondering if anyone could help me out because my flabby ass chest is really what kills me.

Current Routine
Monday-chest/back
Tuesday-HIIT 20 minutes/abs
Wednesday-off
Thursday-shoulders/bi/tri
Friday-HIIT/abs
Saturday-legs
Sunday-HIIT every other week

Monday (for chest)
BB Bench 4 sets (1 warmup) 4-8 reps
Dips 3x6-10
Slight incline DB press 3x6-8
Flys 3x6-8

My diet is posted here with help from Emma :)

What the hell am I doing wrong? I've struggled with my chest since I started lifting 3 years ago. (3 months seriously lifting and dieting)
Should I just shutup and give it some time, or do I need to change some things? Now don't get me wrong, I'm not like an out of shape fat ass or anything (used to be), I am pretty muscular, but I'm just not that cut. Will following this diet and lifting routine help me reach my goals?

You are not doing anything wrong. It's just genetics. We all have our trouble areas.

Lipoderm Ultra applied to that area will help. Men seem to use it on their chest alot and women on their hips. I have used it on my hips and it has helped. I have fairly lean lower body but I know Jodie has used it too and likes it.

Thanks Jodi, I'll think about using some Lipoderm Ultra. Are there any precautions I should know about before using this product or is it pretty much safe?

Ugh, pretty pricey though :(

Also, what do you think about Absolved? 1 better than other?

I agree with Jodi. People loose fat at different rates from different parts of their body.

Just keep at it - eventually your BF will get lower and your chest will tighten up. :thumb:

Absolved is for the stomach so I wouldn't use that one. There is also Lipoderm Y that works very well and is cheaper. Obviously the Ultra is a bit more because it works a bit better but I like the Y just as much.

It's very safe. Just apply 4-6 squirts twice per day.
