I've been cutting for about a month now and have noticed that I have lost a lot of fat in many areas of my body. However, I haven't really noticed fat loss in my chest area. I have a pretty bad case of man boobs or "moobs" as some people like to call them. LOL. I was wondering if anyone could help me out because my flabby ass chest is really what kills me.
Current Routine
Monday-chest/back
Tuesday-HIIT 20 minutes/abs
Wednesday-off
Thursday-shoulders/bi/tri
Friday-HIIT/abs
Saturday-legs
Sunday-HIIT every other week
Monday (for chest)
BB Bench 4 sets (1 warmup) 4-8 reps
Dips 3x6-10
Slight incline DB press 3x6-8
Flys 3x6-8
My diet is posted here with help from Emma

What the hell am I doing wrong? I've struggled with my chest since I started lifting 3 years ago. (3 months seriously lifting and dieting)
Should I just shutup and give it some time, or do I need to change some things? Now don't get me wrong, I'm not like an out of shape fat ass or anything (used to be), I am pretty muscular, but I'm just not that cut. Will following this diet and lifting routine help me reach my goals?
