ok i'm to this forum so if i'm asking a stupid question or posting in the wrong place, please forgive me.
I'm 6 ft, 198 lbs. I have naturally broad shoulders and ok body but there's some extra fat i would really like to get rid of. I read a few articles online and the logic "if you burn more calories than you use, then you'll lose the fat". So how much calories do normal weight sessions burn? and how does it compare to cardio exercises?
