I moved to London from the states about a month ago. In that time I have been able to find some of the things I grew accustomed to back home, I found one store that seems pretty good, Workout World (or something like that, next to embankment station). Any suggestions as to good places to get healthy foods? Also, is whole meal the same as whole wheat? I have tried in vain to find anything whole wheat

Cheers

yo I live in london. You might look for a "Holland and Barrett", they are a pretty standard health store. They carry most things from Flax/Fish Oil to Oats, nuts...things like that. GNC's also exist here but they aren't too common.

Whole Meal, afaik is the same as whole wheat, although I'm not convinced because there are a couple of products here that state whole wheat (shredded wheat cereal for example).

Welcome to the U.K over the pond, you will have to get used to the different names here in the U.K it is quite annoying some times,as monkeyd says Holland and Barret is the best place for flax seed/oil and fish oil caps and other vitamins minerals etc etc.If you are looking for a supplement store either try www.explosivenutrition.co.uk or http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk both are good online stores with quick delivery.

Anything else just ask, although i am not from London i can help wiht any general questions about U.K and bodybuilding :thumb:
