Unfortunately I lost my testicles in a car accident last year and was wondering if there are any pro hormones I could buy offline that will help me? I don't know much but I think injectables are the only answer? Please any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thankyou -John

I'm taking androgel but I could only get it once a month and it runs out after 3 weeks and haven't felt any improbvement..

Why prohormones numbnuts? Did your lost testicles produce prohormones or did they produce TESTOSTERONE???

Probably because New York is a fucktard state. Really hard to get a script of Test cyp. Dude is better off just buying 5-7 vials from a good UGL and doing it himself. You can do your own bloods at PrivateMD and adjust your dose, get ancillaries if needed and with about 3 months of reading know more than most andrologists.

Honestly Test is not what you should be asking about. you should be asking about these...

You guys are ruthless, This poor guy was in a horrible accident, he has the balls (no joke intended) to come on here and ask and we make fun of him. Glycoman has the right approach.
Good luck buddy

I would follow the advice of your doctor. I doubt anyone here is qualified to give you direction.

You need injections or you need your doctor to double your androgel dosage. The problem with gels are the absorption and some people dont respond as well as with intramuscular injections. The only real reason to use gel over inj is if you have an aversion to needles. If your doctor isn't willing to help then look for a ufologist or trt doc who will. Even if NY is a fuctard state surely someone who's in your shoes will be able to find a sympathetic doctor.

The problem with pro hormones and even oral steroids is eventually you have to come off because of the liver toxicity issue. You need to be on a TRT program. If anyone has a medical necessity for it it is you my friend. Honestly if I were you I would manage it myself the truth is most doctors know less about AAS than we do. You can educate yourself to the point where you can manage your blood work and hormones on your own. Also Truth be told 80% of the guys on here are pretty much chemically castrated due to shut down from using exogenous Test. So technically even though all of us still have our nuts were all in the same boat. So don't let these guys give you a hard time.

I'm almost positive this was in jest. You don't introduce yourself with this sentence, "Unfortunately I lost my testicles in a car accident last year".

My bet is that he's being honest and brave with that opening sentence. I guess we'll find out who's right with his followups, but his initial two responses seem to indicate someone dissatisfied with his shitty doc's TRT treatment (which we've read about a thousand times before) and is just dipping his toe into the alternatives by looking at legal prohormones. It's us who are most likely to steer him right.

Blindly following some random doc's advice is actually bad advice. Most of them just suck when it comes to testosterone replacement. He'll be much better served to read all the stories here, read about self-administered AAS options, and maybe doc-shop for someone clueful if he still wants to stay legal.

Chocomalt, it's a bet. A bottle of test? I know it'll be hard to prove, so john 5 has to post a pic of his empty sac.

Blindly following a random doc? So you don't think he would have seen a specialist after the accident? Sorry man I would follow the advice of someone who has been through medical school over a random guy in a forum.

They should be measuring your T levels, have they not done it yet? Maybe Androgel is not enough to compensate if you really lost both of them. I know a guy who lost one falling out of a tree as a kid and he is doing shots.

If those are your only two choices, then yeah. But we can do way better than that.

I've only spoken to two docs about my T needs and gear use and both were pretty clueless on the subject. My PCP freaked out at my 200mg/wk dosing, completely freaked out, completely clueless of what the real benefits and risks were. So yeah, blindly following doc advice is bad advice. Do better. There are tons of other stories in these forums of folks looking to start TRT and dealing with terrible docs without a clue, wasting their time and money and dragging them onward through a crappy quality of life. I saw no point in repeating those mistakes so I'll continue using the advice of the vets in these forums to chart my own gear course.

Another example: I've been dealing with acne for 35 years. Yep, never left the shitty part of adolescence. Been to a few dozen derms in that time, been on a dozen courses of Accutane, spent years using countless hundreds of tubes of Retin-A, erythromycin, bottles of doxycycline, minocycline, bactrim, tetracycline, and maybe a dozen other meds usually no better than placebos, so I like to think I know something about this condition at this point. I can say from experience that half of dermatologists themselves are shit when it comes to treating moderate or worse acne. They became derms to cure skin cancer, not treat whiny zitty teenagers (or worse, whiny zitty adults) so I feel their pain but I also see their gross incompetence. We'd all be smart to treat doctors as ordinary people capable of being either good or garbage at their jobs... just keep your eyes open and brain humming.

For what it's worth, my dad's a retired doc so I don't despise or disrespect them, but I also know they aren't gods. No one should blindly follow a random doc's opinion on anything.

I'm 29 and have a script to 2 vials of test cyp a month. Only 2 ml a week equal to 400 a week but I get to refill that allows me to pick up 20ml a month. Guess I'm just lucky here in texas. Also get 30 adex a month... move to texas!

I didn't read everyone's posts, so sorry if I am being repetitive, but if you no longer have functioning testicles, your only option is injectable testosterone. Any physician will prescribe this to you, given the circumstances. You are as qualified for TRT as anyone ever was.

However, the thing that really blows my mind, and which shows the incompetence of the typical American physician, is the fact they allowed you to leave their care (post-accident) before referring you to a endocrinologist. I mean, think about it. A guy loses his fucking testicles in an accident...and yet the treating doctors don't see any need to tell the patient how this is going to affect him, let alone refer him to someone who can help treat the issue? How can that possibly be justified? Someone loses an organ which is vital to a male's mental, emotional, and physical well being and they don't say a fucking word? In competence at its finest. Of course, I am assuming this is the case being that the OP doesn't yet realize that injectable T is his only option.
