Low Carb-High Protein

I am using a low carb-high protein intake to carve up and lose unwated bodyfat.

I weigh in at 103 kilos and in 8 months want to be down to 85 kilos.

I eat: Tuna, Fish, Steak, Ham, Shaved Beef, Protein Shake, Chicken Breast, Shaved Turkey, Tomatoe, Lettuce, Carrott, Eggs.

Is there anything I should add or replace??

You need to throw in some EFA's.
Flax Seed Oil is a good one, or just some natty Peanut Butter.
 
For high protein, low carb meals, you can't go wrong with poultry, meat, and dairy.

By the way, must you use the metric system? I am a stupid American who can not translate kilograms into pounds
