in the past i used labrada lean body mrp
i liked the convenience. mixed easy. fast way to keep protein intake up without having to cook and pack one more meal.
then i started trying to get leaner so i switched to labrada low carb lean body. tastes good. mixes well. little expensive though.
now i'm confused....what makes a low carb mrp any different or better then a protein blend?
i may switch to optimum either complete protein diet or pro complex instead of the labrada lean body mrp but realize they're different. one's protein powder and one's mrp. but once the mrp is low carb - is it really any different or better then just protein powder?
also 'til now i've only used the protein powders at home after gym (so i've been using whey) and always making with a blender. now i won't have a blender so are any good with just a shaker (or could this be what makes the mrps better for this sort of meal on the go thing)
