I'm trying to gain about 15 lbs and I'm finding it pretty difficult while on a low sodium diet. My blood pressure it a bit higher than I'd like it to be and the low sodium diet I've been on is helping quite a bit. Any ideas for foods that will help me get my calorie count up. All my old faithfuls like peanut butter and bread have so much sodium.
Any ideas minus milk and red meat?
