ok, as a person I was born very slim, as i hit 18 i started going to the gym and found with the right foods and regular protein that i could put on weight easily. I rocketed from 11 stone to 14 stone in a space of 3months! I felt confident about my physique and had a drive to put on more weight. I am now 22 and feel not as enthusiastic about bodybuilding...Ive read up alot about how testosterone production decreases when we age but at 22 i honestly feel like a castrated rat. My sex drive is almost non existant and i am less horny! What the the hell is going on? Is it my shitty genetics that is doing this or do you think i need to change my workout schedule or diet. I do eat alot of healthy foods and do not overtrain but testosterone also influences the way you feel and what you desire..I am worried as i do not want to return to my former physique.

Can anyone give any information on what product to take to boost normal test levels which is noticable? Ive tried tribulus but was thinking of taking a stronger dosage tribex.

I do not want to take steroids or pro hormones as i dont want all the associated side effects.

Can the doctor prescribe me any testosterone remedies?

Thanks for your advice.

Go to the Doctor and have your levels tested...............then you can decide what to do from their.

I agree totally with foreman...i had a friend who had very low test. levels; its not uncommon many men have low testosterone levels. It can be from food or genetics or many other contributing factors. For my friend the doctor prescribed weekly shots of testosterone. My friend was about 42 though?

Anyway good luck :thumb:

i agree first of all you need to goto drs and get it tested. Second you may want to exam your eating patterns. Peoples diets that are high in carbs and low in GOOD FATS will have lower 30-40% lower testosterone. You also have to look at the mental aspect too. Depression and low testosteorne go hand and hand so it might be a good idea to re-evaluate your enviroment and see what stresses could be hidden emotionally that may be affecting you. Also to need to take a look of where you live and what is around you phyiscally (over trainng, undereating, not enough fats in diet) meaning toxins. Stess is stress to the body weather phyiscally, mental or enviromentally and these things need to be look into before jumping on testosterone band wagon. 9 times out of 10 low testosterone if you have it has to do with liver ability to manufacture it. You could have a perfectly fine liver on blood test but it may not be functioning optimal as with the case with me. Hope this helps
