Hello Everyone
I was in accident two years ago. I been working hard to get back in shape. I lost over 60 pounds already. Here's a picture of my lower back. I want to eliminate the fatty area on my lower back, what back exercises will tone that area. Thanks!View attachment 32332

You can only gain muscle and fat or loose it. If you keep loosing weight it should tighten up.

Yes as above keep going with the diet and and theback will shapen up.

Good exercise:
Dead Lifts (start light)
Pull Ups (Ull probly start of assisted)
Bent over rows
Squats

Ill just add that you should work your entire body tho aswell to get better results.

Just working the back could lead to problems with posture and imbalances

yeah you cant spot reduce fat, your body will pull it from wherever your genetically inclined to pull it from, just keep eating right and doing compound lifts. deadlifts, squats, bench, and military press. make sure to start light on deadlifts until you get your form down.

looks like you could have some scoliosis. I would see a chiropractor or get some xrays to make sure before you start doing a bunch of lower back stuff. Speaking from experience.

but yes like others are saying. There's no such thing as "toning". Seriously.

All these are good answers. As you loose overall weight, it will tighten up and start to look better. Start eating correctly and keep the intensity up.
