Do you guys think 4 sets of deadlift a weak is enough for lower back or should I add hyperextensions or something?

I guess build muscle i dno starting to bulk. I feel upper back is real big and lower back is kinda small

depends on what your tryin to do? fill us in.

And what else you are doing, If you are squatting, bent over rows, etc. then it's a completely different story than if you just bench and curl.

bent rows are my best friend..... awesome movement.

Im doing squats on leg days as well

try and do the two lifts on different days. If you are squatting heavy, dead lifting heavy, doing bent over rows, pull ups, and other compound movements that involve the back directly as well as indirectly, then "isolation" work is most likely not needed and could actually become counter productive. I suffered from 5 bulging/ruptured disks a couple of years ago and was forced to go knee deep into everything lower back related.

Ya I do deadlifts on back days (tuesday) and squats on Fridays. I also do alot of weighted pull ups on back days

Bent-over BB Rows, T-Bar Rows, DB Rows, Seated Cable Rows using underhand/wide grip or narrow/neutral grip, hyperextensions, rack deads, and stiff legged deads all work the lower back/erectors well.
