Lowering Body Fat

Well, I am trying to lower my fat percentage specially that i got a big belly. I was thinking of taking a steroids cycle, but i said i'll try some spplements. Please give me opinions on What i am taking:

Twinlab Diet fuel with Mahuang
Optimum AdEnergy
Clenbuterol
Optimum Amino Acids
Glutamine

I am taking 4 caps diet fuel, 2 adeneregy, 4 clen.

I dont know if thats too much caffeine, but i want loose that fat fast, as well i am doing cardio three times a week, 30 minutes of sprints.
 
agreed, supplements are helpful but they are useless w/o a solid nutrion and training program. remember, nutritional supplements are not end-all,"magic pills" they are simply aids to help you acheive your goals.

And spelling :lol: But first and foremost diet. Steroids are not a quick fix for body fat loss. Not to mention it would take a lot more research and specific goals to go that route ;)
 
Well i am doing a low carb diet, small meals every three- four hours, and i am not exceeding 2300 calories per day.

How many calories does your body burn a day? If it's less than 2300 anything you will do will be counter productive.
 
Man, check your body temp while on clen ... it can be dangerous. You need to start with a low dose and do not use it for more than 2 weeks on your 1st cycle.

Hey maze do you have an ideal cycle for a man's first cycle?

I can tell you what I did.

I took 20mcg the first day and took my body temp (normal).
2 x 20mcg the second and third day ... temp rised up by .3
3 x 20mcg the 4th day ... temp rised up by .5
4 x 20mcg 5th and the temp rised about 1 ..

so I took 80mcg until my 1st cycle end , that was 2 weeks. and took a 3 week rest.

Some people can stand/resist more clen 100-120mcg, but you really need to check your temps to see how your body reacts. More than 1 point temp difference for a week is gona do some damage.

Another thing is to make sure you are taking a B vitamin complex since the clen can mess with your nerv system. Moderate hand trembles are a normal clen side effect.
