Just wanted to share my wonderful increase in strength after using m1-t in a 2 on , 1 off, 2 on cycle. M1-t is definitely great stuff.
My strength is much improved. My two weakest bodyparts are my chest and my calvs, bar none. I have always been decently strong in all lifts EXCEPT bench press, which sometimes I felt like I had all the strength of a school girl. My calvs are almost as big as kickstands on a bicycle.
At the end of my cycle, I benched 255 X 8. The most I have EVER done! I know it may not seem like a lot for some of ya, but to me its hog heaven! That gives me a rough max of around probably 305 Im guessing. Not too bad for a guy whos chest used to consist of two nipples attached to some flabby skin.
The rest of my weights jumped as well.
I deadlifted 365 X 8, compared to 315 X 8 before cycle.
My military jumped to 225 X 7 (Smith presses) from 205 X6.
My squat was a nice 315 X 7.
All my core exercises shot through, so anyone who has doubts about M1-t, doubt no more!
Now I plan on laying off the m1-t until about the middle of April. Take plenty of time off, bulk a little, and then use the m1-t to lean out a bit before summer hits. Its gonna be a great summer peeps!
