I just had a few straight forward questions about m1t, if anyone experienced can answer, that would be perfect.
1. If taken while cutting ( calorie deficite 2000/day) would m1t be useful?
2. What is an ideal calorie intake while on a 3 week cycle?
3. How much Carbs/Proteins/Fats should be eaten while on cycle?
4. For PCT, whats the difference between brand name Astra Zeneca Nolvadex and generic Nolvadex? *all are tamoxifen citrate right?*
5. For PCT, is 6OXO not good enough?
6. Since M1T is for muscle gain, and Im currently eating lower calories than i burn a day, would m1t be best suitable when i stop cutting and get into bulking?
7. What is diet like Post cycle?
8. When should M1T idealy be taken? (with meal, with water? 1 hour before work out, 2 hours before?)
9. Should anythingn else be taken aside from Nolvadex, Hawthorne Berry and Milk thisle before or after cycle?
10. What are some sides experienced? (any acne break outs?)
