m1t+b12=no lethergy?

a buddy of mine is taking m1t and 4ad he started feeling a lack of motivation, tired, and an appetite loss. he started taking 1000mcg of b12 a day and said that he now has more energy and motivation. i was just wondering if anybody else has had this experiance or heard of it. could b12 help with the m1t lethergy? on the research ive done on b12 it says that it is supposed to cause a better sence of "well being". is this true?

I've heard of lifters taking b12 like it's going out of style, I've always been curious about it myself, let me know if it works for you b/c i did a m1t/4ad stack and felt like a lump of shit from the lack of energy

I use it for appetite increase...and it works well at that

some claim a energy increase, its minimal for me
 
yeah im taking the b12 also. but im not taking the m1t and 4ad. the b12 is great for making me hungery. i was on here complaining a week or so ago that i was having problems choking down even 4 meals a day. since i started with the b12 ill eat 6-7 times a day and still be hungery. i do feel like i have some extra motivation at work but other than that i dont see it doing anything else. thats why when my buddy said it was helping with the lethergy i wanted to ask. has anybody taken the b12 at the same time as the m1t?
 
I used to take liquid B12. It doesn't give a kick like an ECA stack or anywhere near that level but it's good for "mental drive". Seemed I was more focused in the gym and took less rest between sets. At least that what I experienced with it.
