2. FIRST 3 DAYS I WILL TAKE 1 10mg CAP A DAY. NEXT 2 WEEKS 20mg A DAY. NEXT 1 WEEK 30mg A DAY. NEXT 4 DAYS 20mg A DAY, LAST 3 DAYS 10 mg A DAY. IS THIS OK?
3. PCT-THREE-6OXO TABS FOR 20 DAYS/ 2-200mg MILK THISTLE PILLS A DAY FOR 30 DAYS.
4. I AM CURRENTLY TAKING KRE-ALKALYN CREATINE PILLS, 2-1.5g CAPS IN THE MORNING AND 2 MORE CAPS BEFORE MY WORKOUT. IS THIS OK WITH M1T, OR SHOULD I JUST DO THE 2 CAPS BEFORE MY WORKOUT TO KEEP MY ENERGY UP?
